What ChatGPT did
ChatGPT/Codex inspected the supplied project structure, organized requirements, compared public Fiverr pricing with a larger EP scope, calculated published platform-fee effects, drafted nonbinding business terms, identified clearance risks, and implemented this documentation.
What ChatGPT did not do
It did not determine any person's human worth, obtain rights, sign an agreement, perform Charlie's contribution, verify every private asset, provide legal advice, or replace human approval.
Suno demo terminology
Use human-authored, AI-generated demo when Dominique created the concept, lyrics, and narrative direction but Suno generated the audible performance and musical rendering.
Do not call the audio “human-generated” if the vocals, instrumental, melody, arrangement, or performance were generated by Suno. Do not call the composition entirely human-composed unless the human-created melody and musical structure can also be documented.
Preferred disclosure:
Human-authored, AI-generated demo. Dominique Devereaux created the concept, source lyrics, and narrative direction. Suno generated the audible demo performance and production. This is a disclosed pre-production experiment, not a human vocal performance, finished commercial master, or autonomous AI authorship claim.
Consent boundary
No model may be trained or fine-tuned on a collaborator's voice, likeness, stems, sessions, or unreleased work without separate affirmative permission. AI use outside the approved scope must be disclosed before delivery.
Model-handoff and correction disclosure
On September 13, 2026, Codex misread the project as only an EP archive and proposed removing intentional series-development and educational-resource functions. PR #25 was closed without merge, so it did not change the live site. The incident is documented in docs/incident-2026-09-13-site-function-audit.md and now serves as an acceptance test in LLM-REVIEW-PROTOCOL.md.
Future model attribution must be based on a preserved generation record. GitHub account ownership, commit timing, or writing style alone does not verify which model produced text.
Rights-contract review disclosure
The rights-contract and rule-catalog review used multiple AI-assisted inputs:
- ChatGPT / Codex assisted with rule-language refinement, schema consistency review, edge-case analysis, repository inspection, and implementation.
- SuperMe agent identified schema and governance issues, including recursive-derivation and completeness gaps. One SuperMe review also made a factual error by stating that source documents were missing; that claim was corrected against repository evidence and is retained as part of the review record.
- Hercules integration PDF was reviewed as an AI-generated proposal. Attribution to Google AI is inferred from the PDF footer and is not otherwise independently confirmed. The proposal is not authoritative and should be recorded as rejected or superseded where it conflicts with verified project controls.
- Practitioner consultation informed the review process. Do not quote or attribute individual practitioner comments without permission consistent with
CONTRIBUTOR-POLICY.md.
AI-assisted and practitioner-supplied material remains input to human review. No AI output becomes authoritative solely because an AI system produced it.
Privacy and external-media update — October 22, 2026
Dominique supplied draft privacy and terms HTML and requested additions after a review of automated scan results. ChatGPT/Codex compared those drafts with the site code, identified an automatic Metricool loader and PLYR iframe, and prepared their removal/replacement with explicit load and unload controls. The original uploaded files are preserved; readable policy pages are derived from editable Markdown using the existing document builder. Dominique requested confirmation before publication.
The revised drafts describe public-search queries sent to Bluesky, provider connection data, optional PLYR loading, private correspondence and existing reuse restrictions. This work is AI-assisted drafting and implementation, not attorney review, clearance or a compliance certification. An automated scanner's score is not proof that its operator identification or legal conclusions are correct.
The accompanying local browser review checked no initial iframe, explicit creation of the PLYR frame, removal on unload, focus restoration and readable privacy/terms links. It did not establish third-party retention, guarantee player availability, audit every network request, or replace disabled-user and legal review.
